The Castle Chlemoutsi was the foremost castle at the princedom of Achaia. It was built between 1220 and 1223 during the Frankish Rule. It is located on a hill of 200 metres near the sea at the western tip of the Peloponnese and 50 kilometres from the port of Katakolon. To visit the castle we need a tour of 3 hours.
